Your question is a little ambiguous. Are you asking how to modify skins or a mod itself? Keep in mind, NR2003 is different than a lot of other racing games, you cannot add individual car mods. Each mod is a separate series with up to four models in it. However, it is fairly easy to add your own skins (typically referred to as paint schemes).
