Here are some cars I found
David Ragan AAA Travel for default cup - Unknown who painted this. Found on NR2k3tracks.
Kenny Wallace National Day of Prayer for default cup - Painted by Baumsg on nnracing. This is actually the 06 but it's the exact same as the scheme he would run the next year except for the contingency logos.
David Gilliland M&Ms Patriotic Pepsi 400 for default cup - Painted by andyive on nnracing.

I have some more obscure cars I downloaded from nnracing mostly from 2007 and 2008 that I will try to post some more of when I get the chance.

Bobby Labonte Pilsbury for SS.net COT - painted by u/elliottfan949. Last car needed to complete the 2007 UAW Ford 500 set.

Numerous cars by u/no-agency519/ Top Shelf Sniper Cade. This carset has numerous high-quality cars but the ones that caught my attention were the ones from the 2007 Coke 600 such as Bobby Labonte's Chocolate Chex car, Elliott Sadler's Fantastic 4 car, and David Stremme's Cold Activated Coors car. It also includes a newer version of Gilliland's patriotic car from the 2007 Pepsi 400.
