With Windows 7/8/10/11 you need to disable DEP (Date Execution Program) for NR2003 to work. Follow these steps below:
1) Run CMD as administrator
In Search taskbar type 'cmd' and right click on command prompt and choose 'run as administrator'
2) Enter:
if you decide to uninstall NR20003 and want to turn it back on run this command instead:
3) Restart your system
You are now able to successfully race in NR2003 now

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

Note: If you cannot type the commands in to disable the DEP is because some new Windows 10 systems are installed under the new UEFI BIOS. Which means this has to be disabled in the BIOS 1st, What needs to be disabled is called Secure Boot.
