Game not detecting page up and page down inputs

The game isn't detecting any page up or page down inputs, both keys are on the 9 key and the 3 key on the numpad.

Sounds like you are on a laptop? Does Page up and page down work outside of the game for other programs/web browser? There might be a setting you have to toggle to make the keys works as well but I am not much of a laptop user when it comes to NR2003 so someone else might have better knowledge.

Yeah, the game has some weird things when it comes to laptops and some modern keyboards (like 60% keyboards). Are you saying that you don't have a dedicated page up and down on your keys so you are using the number pad? My first question to you is are you certain that NUM LOCK is off? If it isn't, then it may be trying to use those keys as numbers rather than as their alt function, but in all honesty it probably doesn't matter. The problem with a lot of games is they often treat all keys individually rather than as their intended function. This is so you can have more options of keybinds for controls ingame. As an example, in War Thunder I have my top row numbers set to send specific messages to my teammates (i.e. 1 is "Affirmative"), but I cannot turn on NUM LOCK and use the number keys on the number pad, it has to be the top row numbers or nothing. You might be having a similar situation where the game expects only a dedicated PG UP and PG DN rather than using the number pad. The first thing I would recommend is seeing if you can change these in the options menu to use the keys that you want, but I suspect it isn't an option to change those keys (remember, this game came from 2003 when keyboards almost always had those keys, unlike today). Your only other option is to see if you can bind another key to page up and down in windows. Here is a guide from Microsoft to get you started. Hope this helps.
