Here are some rules of the board. PLEASE READ the following:
1) Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to join the forum. For safety reasons and also content on the forum may not be suitable for children.
2) Have fun! That's the most important rule. Friendly debates are acceptable, but flame wars are NOT! Personal attacks and "flame bait" will not be tolerated, will be deleted, and could lead to a warning, an infraction, and/or your Armory Digital Racing Designs Forums membership being banned.
3) Armory Digital Racing Designs Forums reserves the right to edit or delete any post, image, or file that is posted to the forum. Armory Digital Racing Designs Forums also reserves the right to NOT delete any post, image, or file that is posted to the forum.
4) Armory Digital Racing Designs Forums reserves the right to suspend any user for any reason. However, we will always strive to make sure users are given fair warning(s) first depending on the severity of the action taken.
5) Armory Digital Racing Designs Forums does not tolerate users who steal, reupload, or copy work from other creators without their permission. Likewise, discussion debating this on the forum will be mitigated. Repeated offenders will be removed from the forum. This includes discussion about 'loopholes' or stealing NR2003 content to Roblox where the original creators were never asked for that permission.
6) Spelling and Grammar: Poor spelling and grammar to the point it is very hard to understand what a user is saying will be pointed out. Armory Digital Racing Designs Forums includes a spell checker and there is a great one available with Google's Toolbar. If we have to edit your posts because they are illegible, you may be issued a warning, an infraction, or even be banned from the forum. Text Message shorthand or "l77t" speak is not recommended if used frequently or in serious discussion topics.
7) Uploading images: If you choose to upload an image to the forum, please follow the requirements posted in the Image Hosting area. When displaying images either hosted, or linked from another site, please keep them reasonably sized. Nobody likes an image so large that it overwhelms their monitor or falls to load because the size is so large. Resizing images for purposes of viewing in ADRD's forums will be done at the sole discretion of ADRD's Administrators and Moderators, who reserve the right to alter, delete, or resize any image without notice or consent.
8) Avatars: Please keep avatar content PG-13 or lower. Also animated GIF avatars are not permitted unless granted specifically to user(s). In most cases animated GIF's do not automatically play in many section of the forum anyways.
9) Signatures: Please keep your signature to 3 or 4 lines of single spaced text and no “GIANT TEXT”. An image is fine but no bigger than 100 pixels high and 700 pixels wide, 100KB or less in size, and no animations (unless specifically granted). The ADRD Moderators reserve the right to delete your signature or ask you to change your signature if they believe it is distracting from the forum even if it falls within the above guidelines. If for any reason you feel you need a signature that falls outside of these guidelines, please contact an ADRD Administrator or ADRD Super Mod for approval.
10) Posting Links or "Spamming": Users will be warned or banned if they spam links/content in unnecessary areas.
11) Bumping older threads is permitted as long as you are adding to the conversation. For example a thread on a tutorial would be acceptable to reply to if you had additional questions. Useless bumping of threads will not be permitted. When you are creating a new thread you will see a list of similar threads populate in a list. If you see a similar topic was already created we prefer you reply to those exisitng threads instead of creating the same topic again if you have something useful to add to the existing conversation.
12) Illegal Activity: Please do not use our forum to brag about any illegal activity you are planning, are currently engaged in, or recently got away with. Anyone who does this will have their account and IP address instantly banned forever.
13) Racism, Sexism, and other forms of harassment are not allowed. Likewise, this forum is not to be used as a platform for divisive political topics and other heated debates that are not relevant to Sim Racing / NR2003.
14) Once you have registered an account and a username, it cannot be changed for 365 days (1 year) and will receive moderation/Admin approval. We may also have a thread to identify users who changed names so it is easier for users to see who is who. If for some reason you need an immediate username change you can contact staff. In many cases so users can familiarize eachother changes should be used sparingly so it is not difficult to remember who is who with constant name changes.
15) Account Limits: One individual can only have one ADRD account. If you create multiple accounts, this may be grounds for all of your ADRD accounts to be banned. Registering a new account to bypass an existing ban will result in your IP being banned.
16) ADRD Administrators, Super Mods, and Moderators reserve the right to alter these rules for any reason or anyone depending on the situation.
17) Armory Digital Racing Designs Forums Staff will never ask you for sensitive info other than what you used to sign up to the forum for is you have a problem you need resolved with your account. If you notice any suspicious activity with any user(s) or even staff please report it immediately.
