Users are able to upload content directly to the forum. However we always recommened users upload as well to extenal sites and link it if they prefer more control over the content they provide. Imgur is a great place to self-host your own images. Mediafire as well has been a reliable file hosting site for users to share their NR2003 downloads.
If you choose to directly upload a file to the site the current limit is 100mb per file. Abuse of uploading can be revoked if users upload content to spam or purposefully fill the server space up.

Here is the current supported list of file formats you can attach raw to posts/download files. You will notice most of the NR2003 native file format are allowed as this forum is for NR2003.
Note: If a file format is not supported you can included it as a rar, zip, or 7zip container to upload to the forum. We can also consider adding as a support format if good reason is given.
