Black lines from cars to a central POV

Hi I have recently installed NR2003 and have gotten it working real well but have encountered a " glitch" of some type. Black lines jet out from other cars and from players in replay mode. Best way i can describe it. I have pulled my hair out trying to find a solution for this but its so hard to describe in google I cant find a fix or even another instance. Any help would really be appreciated.

NM I Figured it out .....Had to change enable_ShadowVolumes=0 in the Player.ini to remove the black shadow lines on the track. Incase anyone else runs across this.
