Based on a couple of Hot Wheels Monte Carlos from 2000 and 2001. Place them in a mod folder that uses NR's default pace car, rename them pacecar.mip (or pacecar2, pacecar3, pacecar4, pacecar5) and they'll lead the field around for the start.
